What is Gaintrain?

Gaintrain is an app that helps you create meal plans aimed at building muscle. It tries to solve one important problem: how to eat enough calories to gain muscle without getting fat.

We believe that Clean Bulking is the best way to build muscle. This means that you should eat a lot of calories, but you should also eat healthy foods. This can be really hard without a way to plan your meals. Dirty bulking it's easy, but it can have serious healht risks.

Gaintrain aims at making Clean Bulking as easy (if not easier) than Dirty Bulking.

We build Gaintrain to help people on every level of experience. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced lifter, whether you are overweight or underweight, Gaintrain will help you build a meal plan that fits your needs.

The app can be very simple to use for beginner but it can offer very advanced features for advanced users.

For Beginners

Gaintrain is a great tool for beginners. It will help you understand how to build a meal plan and how to eat enough calories to gain muscle. It doesn't matter if you are overweight or underweight, if you don't know what macrs are or if you don't know how to cook. When you install the app you will be guided through the process of creating your first meal plan.

For Advanced Lifters

Experienced lifters will be able to change the macros ratio, caloric surplus or deficit, and the number of meals per day.

No Recipes, no time consuming meal planning

Early on we decided that Gaintrain would not have recipes. We believe that recipes are not the best way to build a meal plan for muscle build. Recipes are time consuming to prepare and not flexible. When it comes to building muscle, flavor is not the most important thing. Is not a secret that on nutritionists' meal plans for muscle build, flavor is not a priority and you will only find simple foods like chicken, rice, potatoes, and their quantities.
