Generate​

As the button suggests, this button will generate a new meal. It will do it by following your target macros and calories.

Use favorites​

While using the app and generating meals, you will be able to add meals to your favorites. Whit this button you can see the lest of your favourite meals and use them in your meal plan.

Create Manually​

If you know preciselly what to eat, you can create a meal manually. You will be able to select a food from the database or scan a barcode. When creating a manual meal you can choose the quantities of each food or let the app calculate it for you.
